Order Policy

Our products are handmade, one batch at a time. Please allow us 3 - 5 business days to bake your order. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will be notified via email.

If you need your order to be delivered on a specific date, please be sure to let us know at time of order.

Our products do not contain preservatives and must be delivered in three days from the shipping date. We normally ship via U. S. Postal Service 2-day priority mail. Shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We ship within the 48 contingent states and to street addresses only. Please give a delivery address where someone can receive the package. We are not responsible for a wrong delivery due to an incorrect address. Neither are we responsible for lost, damaged or spoiled products that had to be left at the door. There will be no refunds.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Allergy alert: our products are baked in a kitchen that uses and stores various nuts, including peanuts.

HOLIDAY NOTICE

It is never too early to order for the Holidays. We have limited production capabilities, thus will take orders on a scheduled “first come, first serve” basis. Once we reach maximum capacity, we will not be able to take additional orders.
