Order Policy

Our products are handmade, one batch at a time, and do not contain preservatives. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for us to bake your order. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will be notified via email.

If you need your order to be delivered on a specific date, please be sure to let us know at time of order.

We normally ship via U. S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. Shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except holidays. We are not responsible for delays, damages or misdeliveries caused by the carrier. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please contact us.

We ship within the 50 States and to street addresses only. Please give a delivery address where someone can receive the package. We are not responsible for a wrong delivery due to an incorrect address. Neither are we responsible for lost, damaged or spoiled products that had to be left at the door. There will be no re-shipments and/or refunds.

Our bakeshop is located in the beautiful city of San Diego. If you are a resident of San Diego or your gift recipient is a resident of San Diego, we can make pickup or delivery arrangements. For more information, please contact us at customerservice@dulcedia.com.

Allergy alert: Our products are baked in a kitchen that uses and stores various nuts, including peanuts. Please check the ingredients in our Products page before placing your order.

  HOLIDAY NOTICE

It is never too early to order for the Holidays. We have limited production capabilities, thus will take orders on a scheduled “first come, first serve” basis. Once we reach maximum capacity, we will not be able to take additional orders.
